Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide on-site training and education to physicians and hospital personnel, empowering them to utilize medical technology effectively.
  2. Install and configure new systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  4. Plan and execute upgrade projects, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Sell service contracts to existing customers, driving repeat business.
  6. Monitor customer usage of products, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  7. Update software and maintain system integrity, ensuring data security and accuracy.
  8. Represent Brainlab at meetings and trade shows, showcasing our products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Possess a technical degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, with a strong foundation in medical technology.
  2. Demonstrate self-motivation and independence in planning and executing service activities.
  3. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt to diverse situations.
  4. Fluency in English and Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with a strong command of language.
  5. Possession of a valid driving license, enabling travel and flexibility.
