About the Role:

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and translating vendor/technology growth plans into actionable strategies. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute business unit strategies and drive sales in specific strategic segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Grow Profitable Market Share: Execute business unit strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  2. Negotiate Key Tenders: Develop and negotiate key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions and industry best practices.
  3. Optimize Results: Drive sales growth by identifying new vendor opportunities, onboarding new vendors, and executing business development initiatives.
  4. Drive Vendor Management: Create customer unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and promote long-term value-based customer engagement.
  5. Enable Sales Teams: Help sales teams win and grow share of wallet and market share.
  6. Vendor Knowledge: Maintain full knowledge of assigned vendor's product/service line.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of relevant work experience in solution and services sales.
  2. High energy with a positive attitude, consistently able to deliver above expectations.
  3. Self-motivator able to define and achieve clear individual, team, and company priorities and execute autonomously.
  4. Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.
  5. Fluent in Swedish and English.
  6. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
