Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data and Services Sales Leader to drive innovation around satellite data and lead global sales growth of our new geospatial and telecommunications powered Data and Services business line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, securing financial targets, and leading the improvement and delivery of the data sales, licensing, and bid processes. You will also be responsible for the team's staffing decisions and development through the employment lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a good understanding of space data markets, especially in the geospatial domain. Commercial awareness and networking skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead, coach, and develop others. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills are also required. Successful track records of engaging and influencing customers are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural and international team. Leads should be able to identify challenges and work towards finding solutions, making good decisions within a highly demanding and dynamic environment, self-organizing, and prioritizing workload with multiple projects in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Competent IT skills, including Microsoft software, and proficiency in English, both verbally and written, are essential.
