Job PurposeThe role involves promoting our urology portfolio, identifying key accounts, and establishing partnerships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs), hospital pharmacists, payors and other stakeholders at a local level. You will be responsible for the sales of our SPC products to new and established hospital accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities- You will comply with GDP and PV requirements, national laws, national ethical guidelines, local and regional guidelines, and internal SOPs.
- You will report AEs and product complaints according to company processes.
- You will build cross-functional account plans for designated geographical areas and execute agreed plans.
- You will develop and maintain account plan templates, including key metrics to identify brand and/or partnership opportunities.
- You will make recommendations for local initiatives or strategies based on local market access conditions.
- You will participate in medical/pharmaceutical events.
- You will relay relevant market information to the cross-functional team.
- You will implement and drive projects to enhance customer engagement.
- You will deliver agreed launch KPIs and sales targets effectively and efficiently.
