Sales growth specialists are crucial to our success at Wolt. They play a key role in driving revenue growth for our company and expanding its customer base in the region. This entails building strong relationships with existing and new customers across multiple segments, including restaurants, small shops, and retail stores.
Responsibilities- You will identify and acquire new business opportunities within core segments, leveraging your exceptional skills in sales and negotiation.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, such as restaurants and retail stores, to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Analyzing sales metrics to gain valuable insights into performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance overall sales performance.
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
- A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, preferably in B2B sales or B2C restaurant sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve goals.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English to facilitate effective communication with colleagues and customers.
