Hitachi Energy, Ludvika, is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager in HV Components, you will be responsible for coordinating process and application changes.

This role requires strong communication skills to work with both local and global teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery projects for Capacitor Bank and Harmonic Filter installations
  • Hold financial and technical responsibility for assigned projects
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, building lasting relationships
  • Coordinate globally with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Shipping departments
  • Monitor and report on project progress to customers and internally
  • Champion continuous development and improvements across various disciplines

About You

  • You hold an academic degree within engineering and relevant experience in project management
  • You demonstrate leadership skills as a collaborative team player who is organized, open-minded, and communicative
  • You are driven, service-oriented, and creative in finding solutions to challenges
  • You thrive in diverse and multicultural teams, sharing experiences and knowledge while learning from others
  • Experience in power quality and capacitor business is an advantage
  • Fluency in English enables effective interaction with stakeholders
