Talent Development and Management Professional

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a highly skilled Talent Development and Management Professional to join its Power Transformers business unit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing forward-thinking HR strategies, policies, and programs that drive business results and improve employee engagement and retention.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to empower managers with coaching and support on employee relations and performance management, as well as lead transformative organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and cultural projects.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Empower managers with coaching and support on employee relations and performance management
  • Lead transformative organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and cultural projects
  • Foster the growth and development of the factory, ensuring a dynamic work environment
  • Champion and oversee innovative local HR initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven project management skills with several years of experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Sweden
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
