Key Responsibilities

The Engineering Training Lead will be responsible for:

  • Mapping and analyzing existing skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance engineer capabilities.
  • Maintaining our skills matrix and organizing certification programs.
  • Collaborating with experts to produce high-quality training material.
  • Delivering training sessions and tracking learning initiatives.
  • Establishing KPIs to monitor our learning and development process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in an engineering function, preferably in transformers.
  • International experience and strong intercultural sensitivity.
  • Experience with employer branding and talent acquisition.
  • A passion for attracting, developing, and retaining individuals.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Networking abilities and community creation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
