We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our HVDC projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with expertise in construction and change management. They will be responsible for leading project teams, overseeing project planning and execution, monitoring progress and financials, managing risks and opportunities, procuring services and materials, developing new products and processes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project teams and oversee project planning and execution.
  2. Monitor project progress and financials.
  3. Manage project risks and opportunities.
  4. Procure necessary services, materials, and equipment.
  5. Develop and implement new products, processes, or operational plans that impact functional results.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Act as the key contact for customers and handle project issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Background in construction and change management is beneficial.
  • Experience in facility management.
  • Knowledge of our HVDC organization is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized, driven, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish languages.
