The role of a Training Manager is crucial in the development and execution of training programs for HVDC Engineering Applications globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create high-quality training materials that cater to the needs of users worldwide, ensuring seamless adoption.
  2. Maintain close collaboration with the Hitachi Energy learning department to ensure training materials are up-to-date and accessible on the 'Hitachi My Learning' platform.
  3. Collaborate with PLM Project teams to design and implement training programs that support successful project implementations.
  4. Design, develop, and schedule tailored training programs to meet the specific needs of Hitachi Energy departments using our applications.
  5. Effectively market training courses to global departments.
  6. Evaluate and improve training courses through course evaluations, 'lessons learned' sessions, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Excellent knowledge of Siemens tools, including Teamcenter, NX, Polarion, and others.
  2. A strong pedagogical skillset for teaching and writing.
  3. Familiarity with software such as Articulate 360 or similar.
  4. Knowledge of SharePoint is valued but not required.
  5. Proven experience as a Trainer, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
  6. Effective communication at all levels, conveying messages clearly and logically.
  7. Fluency in English is mandatory.
  8. Possess high integrity, dependability, drive, self-motivation, creativity, collaborative skills, listening ability, and evaluation skills.
