Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for Microsoft marketing projects execution and operational activities, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project intake.
  • Stakeholder Management: Advise stakeholders on Marketing Coordination Program processes, tools, and services, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, coordinate execution, and deploy tracking tools to monitor progress, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Ensure measurement plans reflect reporting requirements and provide standard marketing measurement plans, uploading business leads to Marketo and reviewing performance dashboards for campaign insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify patterns, best practices, and efficiencies across marketing activities, incorporating past learnings into future planning.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience executing marketing-related B2B events.
  • Strong experience in a client-facing project and/or account management role.
  • High level of compliance with company rules & processes.
  • Proven project management skills and experience readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress and meet critical deadlines.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a structured way.
  • Comfort in dealing with senior clients and third-party stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and activities, and to prioritize urgent and important tasks.
  • Fluent English and Swedish.
