  • Channel Establishment and Management: Develop and implement strategies to establish and manage our 2C E-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Business Planning and Quality Control: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute business strategies, ensuring quality control and process optimization.
  • Sales Operation Strategy: Plan and implement sales operation strategies on our official online store, aligning with company-wide goals and KPIs, including Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), total profit, stock turnover rate, market share, and growth rate.
  • Daily Sales Operation: Oversee daily sales operations, including new item setup, logistics management, product page optimization, keywords optimization, and business flow optimization.
  • Campaign Management: Work closely with partners to organize, implement, and optimize sales and promotional campaigns on our official online store.

Requirements:

  • Location: Work located in Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Education: Degree in business management or project management is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of E-commerce/GTM working experience in consumer electronics industry, preferably.
  • Skills: Agile thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work and collaborate across departments, strong ability of traffic/users/sales data analysis, high degree of responsibility, work proactively, willing to accept the challenge, ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, Swedish or Finish is a plus.
