Sustainability Project Manager

The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Project Lead to join our Global Sustainability team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading big impact projects, improving audit processes for suppliers, and developing policies and guidelines for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale sustainability projects, such as electrification strategies and alternative production methods
- Develop and implement audit processes for suppliers to ensure compliance with sustainability standards
- Design and implement policies, guidelines, and processes for sustainability, including social and governance aspects
- Lead Instabee's sustainability community and champion sustainability initiatives
- Ensure alignment with CSRD regulations and future upcoming sustainability standards
- Benchmark analysis and reporting
You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with Operations and other departments to drive sustainability initiatives. You'll report to the Sustainability Director and work closely with senior Sustainability Controllers and Environmental Specialists.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience in project management, preferably in sustainability, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing large and complex projects
- Strong interest in sustainability and experience working with sustainability initiatives
- Experience driving projects in agile tech environments, with a deep understanding of what makes projects successful
- Self-driven, with the ability to identify issues and solve them
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with all levels within the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Swedish a plus
- University education in a relevant field
- Analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
