Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing two to three self-organizing teams, supporting them in the continuous improvement of how they achieve their goals. You will work alongside peers who share the same goal of improving and efficiency of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish or improve ways of working and new processes.
  • Build, lead, and grow our engineering teams.
  • Develop smooth onboarding and training for team members.
  • Support teams in cross-team collaboration and communication.
  • Coach teams and individuals on how to improve impact and delivery across the domain with a focus on stakeholder management and communication.
  • Proactively identify problems and work to resolve them in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with leadership and developing teams in agile and high-paced environments.
  • Eager to take on the next challenge and develop leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams, provide constructive feedback, and solve problems.
