In this role, you will oversee and coordinate engineering activities for intricate railway projects. Your daily responsibilities will involve close collaboration with various teams across the organization (Engineering, Project Management, Bids, etc.), managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and more.

Your primary focus will be to liaise with pertinent stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client specifications.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and coordinating all facets of design, implementation, testing, and commissioning necessary to fulfill the engineering project scope while meeting customer expectations and adhering to the project timeline.
  • Managing the execution of engineering tasks, Change Control Board (CCB) activities, making decisions on technical matters, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining connections with other Engineering departments and relevant functions (Project Management, System Owner, EAPD, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Bids, etc.).
  • Continuously optimizing Project Engineering processes, tools, and behaviors by considering business needs, customer demands, technological advancements, and evolving market conditions.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and reporting monthly on all product-related aspects of the project in accordance with contract stipulations and established project management protocols to achieve set objectives.

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant experience directly related to the role's requirements.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to comprehend Software and Hardware and their interconnections.
  • Strong planning capabilities.
  • Solid technical knowledge and a robust background in railway signaling (Interlocking, ATP, Metros, CBTC, and/or ERTMS technologies are advantageous).
