Key Responsibilities:- Project Scope Definition: Develop and approve the designated project scope, ensuring overall manufacturing process functionality from purchase orders to hand-over to manufacturing.
- Project Execution: Fulfill designated projects in line with the project's scope, time, and cost, ensuring alignment with cross-functional departments.
- Project Timeline Management: Deliver project scope through cross-functional departments and track the cross-functional project timeline, ensuring timely completion.
- Organizational Alignment: Ensure alignment of key organizational disciplines involved in a manufacturing process equipment project in terms of scope, time, and cost, including process engineering, equipment buyer project management, construction design management, and more.
- Engineering Timeline Development: Develop and manage a detailed engineering timeline completely aligned with all organizational disciplines.
- Equipment Commissioning: Develop and manage detailed equipment commissioning and ramp-up scenarios jointly with Engineering Managers and Commissioning Managers.
- Constructability Reviews: Drive and document manufacturing process equipment constructability reviews.
- Technical Design Reviews: Drive technical equipment design reviews.
- Project Continuity: Align and secure cross-functional project continuity and share project information with involved organizational disciplines.
- Project Management: Manage equipment projects from design phase to hand-over to manufacturing and maintenance team, including implementation and coordination of recurring project follow-ups and steering meetings.
- Risk Management: Act as the risk focal point for the designated project, ensuring completion and closeout of all risk processes, reporting, and follow-up.
- Project Budgeting: Monitor project budget for the designated equipment project at a detailed engineering level to secure decisions.
- Resource Planning: Ensure long-term and short-term cross-functional project resource planning and equipment project prioritization.
- Industrialization Project Toolbox: Develop an industrialization project toolbox jointly with Engineering Managers to standardize activities across different projects and integrate it into the Factory Blueprint.
- Project Reporting: Report project status and dependencies to the program manager.
