Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and structured project manager to take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will play a central role in our operations by maintaining administrative routines, managing contracts and invoices, and reporting to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain responsibility, structure, and administrative routines, including document management, contracts, invoice handling, and supplier management.
  • Be responsible for reporting to clients and ensure high-quality communication.
  • Plan, organize, and analyze your projects.
  • Independently manage reporting, follow-ups, invoices, contracts, and general project administration.
  • Drive business development towards our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience working independently with and driving projects, including follow-ups, reporting, invoicing, reconciliations, contracts, and project administration.
  • Proficient in computer skills experience with Office 365, reporting tools, and financial systems is a requirement.
  • Experience with case management systems is a plus.
  • You have a strong drive, are technically inclined, and have a good understanding of costs and revenues.
  • Previous work in the maintenance or construction of electrical installations is advantageous.
  • Experience in the contracting industry, service agreements, and contract interpretation is a benefit.
