The Sales division is a vital function within the H&M brand, dedicated to expanding and engaging our customer base while enhancing our sales channels. Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Media Measurement Program Lead to become a key member of our Media Measurement team within the Customer Activation unit. The primary mission of Customer Activation is to develop a strategic framework that brings our brand vision to life across various touchpoints. By leveraging data and customer insights, this unit will craft a plan that ensures a seamless customer experience, from communication to our membership initiatives.
Media Mix Modeling (MMM) is an econometric approach aimed at quantifying the incremental revenue generated by our media investments. MMM offers actionable insights into media allocation and is integral to our global and regional media budgeting processes. While technical modeling is conducted by an external partner, your role will involve translating these insights into clear directives and actionable strategies for our organization.
As the Media Mix Modeling Program Lead, you will manage a comprehensive MMM initiative across multiple regions, guiding strategic marketing decisions to achieve our business objectives. In this capacity, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media operations, strategy and planning, finance, and technical product teams, to deliver insights that enhance media performance across our channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine the MMM program, establishing requirements for external partnerships.
- Educate and support regional teams with actionable insights and media optimization strategies.
- Serve as project lead, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and technical teams, to gather data, understand business needs, and align modeling efforts.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Identify media mix opportunities and collaborate with agencies and partners for comprehensive analysis.
- Utilize expertise in statistical modeling and analysis to evaluate the impact of media channels on business outcomes.
- Apply business acumen and strategic thinking to align modeling strategies with organizational goals and market trends.
- Stay informed about the evolving media landscape and measurement methodologies, continuously adapting modeling practices to enhance precision and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, budgeting, or a related area; experience in Media Mix Modeling is advantageous.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to align measurement activities with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
