As a key member of our Business Development team, you will focus on identifying and engaging with potential clients, securing meetings for our senior sales team. This role requires a proactive approach, with a strong emphasis on prospecting and outreach activities that drive the sales pipeline and create meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and outreach: Actively engage in prospecting new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to set up meetings.
  • Crm management: Keep Hubspot updated with detailed records of each customer and lead status.
  • Lead database maintenance: Organize a lead database for effective outreach.
  • Content creation: Develop compelling email and LinkedIn templates for lead generation.
    • Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: +2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Tech savvy: Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
  • Organizational skills: Proven ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Fluency in English, with strong presentation skills.
  • Comfort with cold calling: Confidence in reaching out to new prospects via phone is essential.
  • Innovation-driven: A passion for technology, finance, and innovation.

Meritorious Skills:

  • Background in scaleup organizations.
  • Familiarity with open banking/psd2.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Powerpoint, Figma, Canva, and LinkedIn.

Appointment of Role:

This fulltime position involves permanent employment.

Salary:

The salary includes a fixed monthly amount and commission.

Reporting:

You will report to the CCO.

Workplace:
