Your Future Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. You will provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to customers' concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
A fluent command of the Dutch language and a B2/C1 level of English language proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Willingness to relocate to Greece for an international career and life experience
