Tribe CRM Lead

Position Overview
This role reports directly to the CPO and assumes overall responsibility for the product lifecycle of the Tribe CRM.
Key responsibilities include formulating strategy, translating it into a successful product business plan, and driving operational objectives to optimize profit, turnover, and market position.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for analysing market evolutions and external trends, studying consumer wishes and needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities also include defining roadmaps, following progress, and solving problems related to product development, contributing to promotional strategies, and advising other departments on acquired experience and knowledge.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
a) Experience in managing and communicating on roadmaps, collecting and analysing information on product performance, and writing reports on the progress of product life cycles.
b) Ability to advise other departments concerned, coach and motivate employees, and contribute to team stability and evolution.
c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draft and implement effective product strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
d) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
