About the Role

We are seeking a Nordic Compensation Specialist to join our team in Västerås. As a Nordic Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the company's compensation strategy for the Nordic cluster. Your main responsibilities will include managing compensation programs, implementing total rewards processes, and partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to resolve issues and support long-term objectives.

You will be responsible for monitoring total rewards market trends, developing and implementing country-region specific programs, and acting as a key point of contact for Group Expert Services. Additionally, you will work closely with Operational HR Services to optimize support for relevant processes and ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 4 years of experience in compensation and benefit, with a strong focus on designing salary ranges, grading, and compensation administration. You will also need to be fluent in Swedish and English, with project management skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. If you are a fully qualified HR professional with a bachelor or master degree, and have experience working in a global organization, we encourage you to apply.
