We're seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive new sales opportunities within large commercial accounts in the Nordics. This role involves collaborating with colleagues across the business, leveraging a sales model that fosters collaboration and supports success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new sales opportunities within targeted large commercial accounts in the Nordics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to leverage a sales model that fosters collaboration and supports success.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed monthly/quaterly sales targets by selling SolarWinds solutions into large commercial accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while also expanding existing accounts.
  • Identify and research territories/verticals to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create qualified target accounts.
  • Develop pipelines through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with key coverage metrics, to ensure over-achievement within the role.
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position SolarWinds solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives.
  • Working closely with other cross-functional management teams in the marketing and product groups.
  • In addition, manage the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of either a direct sales motion or working closely with a defined set of value adding resellers or System Integrators, where appropriate.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Daily update of the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
  • Accurate weekly and monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
