The Immunodiagnostics Division, with over 2000 employees, develops, manufactures and markets complete blood test systems for clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases.

Your Impact:

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Senior Manager to lead the finance team and provide business partnering leadership to the IDD Operations team. This role will ensure strong financial controls, timely and accurate financial reporting, consistent with USGAAP and local requirements.

You will drive AOP/QBR/Strategic Plan (STRAP) and ensure financial decisions support Operations STRAP/AOP. You will also communicate results to the broader organization and align on key financial goals.

  • Develop analytical methods for exploratory and explanatory business insights.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and business cases for key Operations investments and STRAP objectives.
  • Provide financial support in the execution phase of projects.
  • Successfully support PPI programs to improve productivity and efficiency.

As a Senior Manager, you will build and develop a successful team, identify and mitigate operational risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
