Vi söker nu en HR-generalist/HRBP på deltid samt under sommaren till vår internationella kund i Uppsala. Vi erbjuder en stimulerande tjänst med fina lokaler och trevliga kollegor, där du kommer vara en värdefull och uppskattad resurs och få bidra med dina kunskaper. Tjänsten är ett konsultuppdrag som förväntas pågå under perioden april till augusti, där du anställs som konsult av Jurek Talents, alternativt har möjlighet att gå in som underkonsult. Arbetsuppgifter

Som HR-generalist/HRBP kommer du att arbeta nära dina HR-kollegor och att spela en viktig roll i att stötta såväl dem som chefer i organisationen. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden kommer framför allt att innefatta:

  • Delta i HR-projekt
  • Skapa utbildningsmaterial till chefer
  • Hålla koll på och besvara frågor i HR-inkorgen
  • Täcka upp som HR-partner under semesterperioderna
  • Hantering av HR-administration och andra relevanta HR-uppgifter

Vem är du?

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har en relevant utbildning inom personalvetenskap, HR eller liknande område samt minst 5-7 års erfarenhet av brett HR-arbete. Du har stor vana av att arbeta med kollektivavtal och erfarenhet av att arbeta i en global organisation är starkt meriterande. Du har mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och vi söker dig som talar och skriver obehindrat på såväl svenska som engelska.

Som person är du lösningsorienterad och har en utmärkt förmåga att organisera och samarbeta med andra. Du är en lagspelare som trivs med att arbeta i en dynamisk miljö med högt tempo samtidigt som du bidrar med en positiv attityd och stämning i teamet.

Du erbjuds

Du erbjuds ett spännande uppdrag som HR-generalist/HRBP i en global organisation med start så snart som möjligt t om augusti där du även kommer att behövas under semesterperioderna. Behovet är på deltid med en ungefärlig omfattning på 50-60%.
