The Customer Risk Rating Model is a critical component of our 1st line Financial Crime function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in designing, documenting, and developing risk factors for the Customer Risk Rating Model.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments for model updates and ensure they align with internal policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective solutions for closing CRRM observations/findings, exemptions, and breaches.
- Work closely with stakeholders to operationalize changes made in CRRM and track implementation.
- Create engaging presentation decks and materials for forums and committees.
Essential Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Financial Crime, risk scoring methodologies, and model development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong working knowledge in Financial Crime.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
