Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the creditworthiness of large Nordic corporate clients and prospects.
  • Conducting in-depth credit assessments of corporate clients, identifying risks and proposing mitigations.
  • Preparing detailed credit opinions for senior management and credit committees.
  • Monitoring existing client portfolios and market, regulatory, and industry developments.
  • Contributing to the development of the annual risk strategy for the Nordic region.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to junior team members.
  • Representing the risk team in various committees.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams and the bank's international network.
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other relevant higher education is preferred and a professional certification (e.g. CFA) is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years working experience in financial analysis, preferably as a credit analyst within the banking sector.
  • Experience in Export and Trade Financing, Leverage Finance, or Capital Markets is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cash flow analysis.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language. French is a plus.
