We are seeking a motivated individual who can provide high-quality, strategic legal advice as our Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer.

You will be responsible for the Legal and Compliance function as business partner for Diagnostics in Sweden.

Your role includes providing sound advice and proactively working to shape opportunities and navigate risks for Roche's business, customers & patients.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and implement the company's legal and compliance strategy and priorities in alignment with Roche's business priorities and goals.

  • Maintain Roche's license to operate by ensuring that the company aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Legal and Compliance function in the oversight and management of all legal & compliance matters.

  • Partner with the business in tender processes by identifying and analyzing opportunities and mitigating legal risks.

  • Advising on new aspects of the law ensuring that the business is continuously compliant.

  • Manage corporate law matters.

  • Act as the single point of contact for all compliance & legal matters.

  • Ensure the execution of local compliance initiatives.

  • Timely handle all compliance issues that represent a material compliance or reputation risk.

  • Coordinate and align with the Roche Legal and Compliance network.
