As Global Pricing Manager at Epiroc Drilling Tools Division, you will play a key role in shaping and executing pricing strategies that drive strategic pricing excellence across all sales channels. Your goal will be to optimize profitability, enhance competitiveness, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

You will lead and develop a team specializing in global market analysis, strategic pricing, and process excellence. Together, you will enable efficient pricing processes, support customer centers, and align pricing strategies with business objectives.

Your mission will involve leading pricing initiatives, developing and maintaining price lists, implementing dynamic pricing, and integrating macroeconomic intelligence into pricing decisions.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate your team members. Experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage. Proficiency in pricing software and tools, experience in developing and managing pricing platforms, and fluency in English are also required.
