Norwegian Market Lead for Innovation

As a key member of our Nordic region team, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth in Norway. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, client engagement, or commercial roles, and possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills. They should have a strong understanding of the Norwegian market and be fluent in both Norwegian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth in Norway.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with key clients.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
- Oversee daily operations, aligning with the company's long-term strategy.
- Manage and optimize financial performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven background in sales, client engagement, or commercial roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, with a founder's mentality and a passion for achieving results.
- Languages: Proficiency in Norwegian is essential, and fluent English is required.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (BSc) or a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
