About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant with a strong background in the financial sector to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic change and transformation within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects related to critical business systems, including core banking/insurance systems and customer life-cycle platforms.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and cost optimisation goals.
- Assess current capabilities, identify improvement areas, and drive strategic sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive collective outcomes.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants or team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience within the financial sector, preferably from a consulting firm.
- Experience leading others and a strong consulting toolbox.
- Solution mindset and understanding of the financial services sector, including its challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Swedish and English, in writing and speaking.
- Master's degree with strong academic achievements.
