
Management Accountant for Industrial Business

We at Northvolt Poland believe that our Industrial business has tremendous potential for growth and innovation. To unlock this potential, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our finance team.
About the role
This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth, analyzing financial data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with various departments to align financial objectives with broader business goals.
About the team
You will work closely with our Accountant, report to the Finance Manager, and be an integral part of our finance team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Providing insights from financial data to support business performance
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports
- Developing and implementing internal control procedures
The successful candidate will have a B.sc./M.sc. degree in business, accounting, or finance, minimum 3 years' experience in business control, financial control, or similar, and excellent communication skills.
