About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Technical Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Energy Västerås, Nätverksgatan 3. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining all training-related equipment, including relays, test equipment, and Ethernet switches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain all training-related equipment, including upgrading, updating, and changing product types for all relays used in training;
  • Plan and execute activities related to training equipment, including computer and networking equipment, and application testing equipment;
  • Prepare training activities and technical equipment for events and demos;
  • Document inventory and processes;
  • Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of practical experience working with relay configuration setting and connectivity. You should have in-depth experience in installation and commissioning, as well as good communication skills in English and Swedish.
