Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our IS/IT and Infrastructure group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing our infrastructure services, including server administration, network management, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain our Windows server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline daily operations.
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage Active Directory and Group Policy.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a production environment.
• Knowledge of PKI and certificate management.
• Experience with infrastructure management tools.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
