
Senior Account Manager

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Infor's WMS footprint across the Nordics and Benelux.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and presenting Infor's WMS solutions.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services, to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Infor's WMS solutions and stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges.
- Proven experience in selling WMS solutions to enterprise-level customers.
- Strong understanding of WMS technology, supply chain operations, and logistics.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Experience working with large, multinational customers and navigating long sales processes.
