Job Description

The role of Senior Commercial Development Manager at TN Sweden will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by securing new opportunities and expanding our market presence in the Nordics.

You will be responsible for sales within your scope, working closely with the project, technical, legal, and purchasing functions to achieve business objectives.

This is an exceptional opportunity for results-driven individuals with 5-10 years of experience and a broad understanding of industrial, nuclear, energy, or construction sectors.

  • Start Date: According to agreement.
  • Location: One position will be based at our Stockholm office and one position for the Malmö office, with the possibility for some remote work.
  • Travel: The role requires travel within Sweden and internationally to visit clients, prospects, and TN Sweden offices.
About You

We're looking for two experienced professionals who have:

  • 5-10 Years of Proven Experience: A successful track record in business development, account management, or sales (ideally within industrial, energy, or construction sectors).
  • Strong Industry Network: Established connections within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors to drive business development.
  • University Degree: A relevant degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a technical background is a strong asset.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Swedish, verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
