High Voltage Safety Specialist

The Laboratory is a state-of-the-art test facility for high voltage products. Its primary purpose is to perform high-quality testing in the development and certification of products for global markets. A wide range of non-routine electrical and mechanical test procedures highlights the importance of health and safety. Our ambition is to establish the HSE area in the lab as best-in-class, serving as a role model within the global organization.

Your Responsibilities
- You will be a natural member of the Lab Management Team, representing the lab in HSE-related forums and the global laboratory organization.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain the HSE part of the Lab management system.
- Lead and own HSE-related projects and initiatives, collaborating closely with the Global and High Voltage HSE community.
- Provide leadership and guidance on complying with local HSE legal requirements and reporting on objectives and progress to milestones and HSE KPIs.
- Perform HSE audits/inspections and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Evaluate site HSE risks and challenges, developing risk reduction strategies, including Risk Assessments and ABRA.
- Lead or participate in incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Your Background
- To succeed in this role, you hold a university degree and several years of relevant work experience, preferably from an international company.
- Knowledge and experience in all safety areas, particularly beneficial electrical experience.
- If you possess leadership skills and a drive to create a positive team spirit, you will thrive in this role.
- We seek a candidate who is driven, structured, and pedagogical.
- English and Swedish language skills, both written and spoken.
