The Laboratory is a unique test facility for high voltage products, performing high quality testing in product development and certification. Focused on health and safety, the lab aims to be best-in-class and serve as a role model globally.

This role has significant responsibility and offers opportunities to develop skills and build networks within the global organization and HSE community.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be an integral member of the Lab Management Team and represent the lab in HSE forums and the global laboratory organization.
  • In this role, you will have the chance to develop & maintain the HSE part of Lab management system.
  • Lead and own HSE related projects & initiatives with close collaboration within the Global & High Voltage HSE community.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in complying with local HSE legal requirements and report objectives and progress to milestones and HSE KPIs.
  • Perform HSE audits / inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Evaluate site HSE risks and challenges and develop risk reduction strategies, including Risk Assessments.
  • Lead and/or participate in incident investigations and ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.

Your Background

  • To succeed in this role, hold a university degree and several years of relevant work experience, preferably from an international company.
  • Have knowledge and experience in all safety areas, beneficial electrical experience.
  • If you possess leadership skills and drive to create a good team spirit, you will thrive in this role.
  • The ideal candidate is driven, structured, and pedagogical.
  • English and Swedish language skills, both written and spoken.
