Vi söker en erfaren och driven Business Manager som vill vara med och driva vår säljorganisation framåt. Som Business Manager hos oss har du en nyckelroll i att utveckla och förbättra våra affärsprocesser och strategier.

Ansvarsområden
  • Koordinering av Kommerciell Planering
  • Ansvara för månatlig kommersiell planering, månadsstängning och budgetarbete för våra säljkanaler.
  • Guida investeringsbeslut och strategiska prioriteringar.
  • Projektledning av Affärsutvecklingsprojekt
  • Leda projekt som till exempel utvärdering av rekommendationsprocesser, ersättningsmodeller eller implementering av nya digitala verktyg för fältsäljare.
  • Driva affärsutveckling genom innovativa projekt.
  • Analys och Identifiering av Förbättringsområden
  • Utföra kvantitativa och kvalitativa analyser för att hitta förbättringsområden.
  • Implementera förändringar baserade på analyser för att optimera verksamheten.
Operationella Aktiviteter
  • Ansvara för uppföljning, säljtävlingar, kampanjer och kommunikation med fältsäljsorganisationer.
  • Genomföra digitala webinar och organisera halvårsvisa konferenser/event.
  • Konceptualisering och Implementering av Strategier
  • Utveckla och rulla ut metoder, strategier och supportverktyg i nära samarbete med sales structure creation och våra fältsäljkanaler.
  • Säkerställa att nya koncept och strategier effektivt integreras i verksamheten.
Vem Är Vi Söker?

Vi söker en person som har en stark analytisk förmåga och kan ta analys till handling. Du har en utbildning i Business administration eller med relevant ingenjörsutudanning samt minst 2 års erfarenhet från projektledning och/eller arbete som managementkonsult. Erfarenhet från säljorganisationer är ett plus.

Kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet från projektledning
  • Minst 1.5 års erfarenhet av analytiskt arbete (kvalitativt och kvantitativt)
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i Office-paketet, i synnerhet Excel och PowerPoint
