The Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of AI and Data to spearhead our strategic use of artificial intelligence and drive data and AI transformation with a balanced central-federated approach. The successful candidate will foster a purpose-driven culture to achieve Volvo Cars' goals while ensuring data integrity, security, ethics, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data, analytics, and AI capabilities throughout the business domains

Requirements

  • Experience from leading bigger organizations within the Data domain
  • A visionary mindset with a strong understanding of the future potential of AI and analytics
  • Highly attuned to emerging technologies in the AI, analytics, and data space
  • Possesses strong business acumen with the excitement for driving process efficiency in decision support
  • Constantly challenging common standards and willing to push the limits of what is possible
