We're looking for a Head of Sales to drive our growth beyond Sweden and bring our technology to more customers. This is not your typical sales job—you'll need an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach, and zero prestige.
The Ideal Candidate- An entrepreneurial & self-driven individual who thrives in a startup environment.
- A natural salesperson who loves talking to people, understanding their needs, and closing deals.
- A strategic thinker & doer who sees the big picture but isn't afraid to get into the details.
- Experience in B2B sales—ideally in tech, food, or sustainability.
- Fluent in English & Swedish—with additional languages a plus as we expand internationally.
