Sales Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Officer to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our European customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary customer contact for parts orders and inquiries, utilizing a network of colleagues and external partners for support.
- Execute order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation to customers.
- Follow up on orders, service level agreements, and other key measurements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with European market companies' internal departments to drive customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian, with an additional language such as Arabic, Swedish, or another European language.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiatives and drive changes to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in SAP and other internal tools systems, with knowledge of logistics and IT an advantage.
