About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce professional to join our team in Sweden as a Salesforce Champion. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce data, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of these tools, providing training and support to end-users, and driving data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  2. Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows to support Sales and Customer Service teams.
  3. Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and data entry standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
  5. Work closely with the US team to troubleshoot enhancement requests and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities and recommend appropriate upgrades or integrations.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  3. Proactive and patient independent worker who can also work with groups of people collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience with other CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
