Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our global mobile network operators business, driving growth, and delivering commercial excellence. You will develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet commercial targets, lead a team of account managers to ensure excellent client relationships and high-value pitches, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for telecom products and solutions, promote commercial excellence by implementing best practices across the community of Telecom Operator Account Managers, and serve as an ambassador for the company at key industry events, including Mobile World Congress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet commercial targets.
  • Lead a team of account managers to ensure excellent client relationships and high-value pitches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for telecom products and solutions.
  • Promote commercial excellence by implementing best practices across the community of Telecom Operator Account Managers.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company at key industry events, including Mobile World Congress.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales role within the telecoms industry.
  2. Direct line management experience with a proven track record of driving team performance to meet and exceed company targets.
  3. Strong understanding of telecom operators' business models and data-driven decision-making processes.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
