We are seeking a commercially driven professional to strengthen and grow existing customer relationships. As a Customer Success Manager, you will proactively ensure long-term success and retention by acting as a strategic advisor to customers.

Your role will focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, proactively increasing adoption, retention, and expansion. By analyzing customer data and usage patterns, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement from onboarding through ongoing account management
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and HR leaders
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to provide valuable insights and recommendations

You have a consultative approach, experience in managing and growing customer accounts, and a proven track record in achieving both business growth and high customer retention.
