Vi söker en erfaren Kundrelationer och Support Officer till vår team i Stockholm. I denna spännande roll kommer du att ansvara för att bygga och underhålla starka relationer med våra kunder, samt hantera och lösa kundärenden.
Ansvarsområden
- Löpande kundrelationer: Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att bygga och underhålla relationer med våra kunder, inklusive att hantera kundärenden och lösa problem.
- Hantering av kundsupport: Du kommer att arbeta med att hantera och lösa kundärenden, inklusive att prioritera och följa upp dessa.
- Genomföra betalningar: Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att genomföra löpande betalningar för våra kunder och säkerställa att dessa genomförs korrekt och i tid.
- Kundrapportering: Du kommer att förbereda och skicka underlag och rapporter från våra interna system till kundernas redovisningsbyråer och ekonomifunktioner löpande varje månad.
- Intern rapportering: Du kommer att följa upp och internt rapportera statistik och nyckeltal från supportavdelningen.
- Process- och produktutveckling: Du kommer att arbeta proaktivt för att förbättra och effektivisera den interna hanteringen av kundrelationer och support för att öka kundnöjdheten och effektivisera arbetsflödet.
