We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain a productive and organized work environment, including managing site design, functionality, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure the site is well-equipped by negotiating with vendors for the best deals and managing procurement processes.
  • Supervise reception staff to provide a welcoming experience for guests, manage visitor flow, coordinate meeting rooms, and enforce security protocols.
  • Organize and manage events, including logistics, catering, and scheduling.
  • Handle purchases and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead site-related projects, coordinating with departments to meet timelines and goals.
  • Collect and analyze key site metrics, providing reports and suggesting improvements.
  • Serve as the main contact for building management and external stakeholders, continuously assessing and improving site processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site or office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience in project management and event planning is a plus.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and report data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
