To propel our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Solutions Sales Professional to join our team in Stockholm.

The ideal candidate will not only contribute to our transformative journey but also have the opportunity to shape the future of e-commerce logistics.

As a seasoned Sales Executive at Gordon Delivery, you will drive the growth and development of business strategies for small and medium-sized customers in the Nordic region, primarily within E-commerce with food. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement our new end-to-end offering for long-term partnerships, maximizing revenue from this customer category.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Growing the business in the strategic focus segments through proactive sales efforts, high market presence, and efficient processes.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Cultivating and managing strong customer relationships, focusing on long-term cooperation potential and profitability.
  • Collaborating with our CCO to design and package our comprehensive offering for long-term customer relationships, including pricing, contract structures, and value-added services.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new offers and solutions.
  • Analysing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and inform our company's strategic direction.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of business fundamentals and the ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of creating and developing long-term customer relationships and driving sales growth, preferably in complex service sales.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, and experience in building business cases for profitable deals.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
