Healthcare IT Specialist

As a Clinical Informatics Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to market and sell our innovative Clinical Informatics product portfolio in Urology, Radiology, and Pathology. The goal is to support hospitals in improving workflows and ensuring high-quality care. This role has a special strategic focus on growing the Sales of our Urology solutions – prostate cancer diagnostic software and image fusion guided biopsy hardware - as well as growing the Sales of our large set of AI-powered software applications for post-processing in Radiology, in the Nordic region.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Sell assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory of Nordic, negotiating with clients, generating leads, giving clinical product presentations and demonstrations, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
- Develop and execute territory business plans driving product usage, brand recommendation, to meet and exceed direct sales targets.
- Partner with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage. Understands and selects the right promotional tactics to optimize sales, responsible for maximizing promotions.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual business review with in respected area.
Requirements:
- Proven clinical experience, with minimum 2 years clinical or Healthcare Informatics experience.
- Extensive clinical experience with specialized training, a completed degree (technical or medical).
- Convincing, reliable demeanor and equally high sales and IT affinity.
- High commitment, willingness to travel most days of the week.
- Motivated to work independently and able to organize yourself efficiently.
- Fluent in one of Swedish language, and business English.
