Our customers use our products and services to plan their marketing strategies, battle their competition for shelf space in the supermarkets, find opportunities for new products, measure the success of a promo or advertising campaign.

In that context, we are looking for an SMB Commercial Associate to expand the current team.

About the Role
  • Accelerate organic growth by generating short-cycle revenue opportunities through lead generation, growing business within the existing client portfolio, and contributing to longer-cycle revenue processes.
  • Target new clients via different channels and grow the business within the assigned client portfolio using our core retail measurement service.
  • Execute end-to-end sales process from feasibility analysis, including pricing, negotiating terms, writing proposals, and closing the sale.

The role is based in our Swedish office. You will report to the Nordics Head of SMB and will be part of a team of twelve people.

About You

You are a high-energy self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to read others' styles and adapt behavior accordingly.

Fluent in Swedish and Business English with strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.

Experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Qualifications
  • A good understanding of the dynamics of the FMCG business.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably gained in Market Research and/or FMCG Trade/Category management.
  • Familiar with the specs and usage of retail tracking business services within the market.
  • Skillful in driving client interest and new business through creative proposal- and solution creation resulting in high client satisfaction levels.
